Must be at least 19 years of age so you can legally handle our products Smart Serve Certification is considered an asset Help maintain ongoing communication Quality standard in housekeeping items Offer information/ideas for Brewery Tour script Assist with bank deposits and deposit spreadsheet, as needed Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills Good communication skills are essential as well as a positive team-focused attitude Must be able to perform with minimal supervision |
| Duties |
Welcome and signs-in guests Guide groups of up to 20 people through the Brewery on the designated safety tour route Monitor and track tour attendees Conform to the Brewery Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, as well as HACCP standards, and stressing the importance of safety to the customers Monitor tour route for housekeeping & safety Communicate with employees & department heads when there is a concern in their area Conform to WCB standards Ensure fridge has been stocked and rotated Public speaking including emphasizing our environmental and quality practices |
