Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role in the automotive or RV industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with service management software and Microsoft Office applications A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction |
Duties |
Greet customers and accurately assess service needs for vehicles and RVs Prepare detailed work orders and provide clear explanations of recommended services Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process Handle invoicing, payment processing, and customer follow-up Ensure a professional and efficient front-desk experience for all clients |
