Wanted: Maintenance Wizard [Full-Time]
Location: Columbia Valley, BC

in managing short-term vacation rentals - and we’re growing like crazy.

headache out of the day-to-day stresses of renting out their property.

A Day in the Life of You:
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
Address and resolve maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical malfunctions, and mechanical problems promptly and efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols and ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of occupants.
Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and service requests through our company application, Breezeway.

Applicants Must Have:
maintenance experience & related references
a valid driver's license
a vehicle with insurance
a smartphone
a great attitude and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
