Technician can expect:
$19/hr start, $20/hr after training is complete (typically 2 weeks)
To earn up to $37.50/hr with performance bonus, the better you do the more you earn
Once graduated from training, post-3-month probation, you will become part of our Performance Bonus payout structure
Commission on certain products
Bonus pay for specific achievements
Extended health and dental benefits after 90 days
