We are currently seeking Customer Service Extraordinaires to join our team based in Cranbrook, BC. Previous experience is not required, we will train the right candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for completing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning for our Residential and Commercial Client base. Technician can expect: $19/hr start, $20/hr after training is complete (typically 2 weeks) To earn up to $37.50/hr with performance bonus, the better you do the more you earn Once graduated from training, post-3-month probation, you will become part of our Performance Bonus payout structure Commission on certain products Bonus pay for specific achievements Extended health and dental benefits after 90 days Company-provided iPhone/iPad/Uniform To work for a highly reputable company with a strong vision for the future who's willing to invest in you!
