| Duties |
Painting: Prepare surfaces, select appropriate materials, and apply paint with attention to detail. Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail in all projects. Carpentry: Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Collaborate on design plans and execute projects with an artistic flair. Landscaping: Design and maintain outdoor spaces, including planting, trimming, and installing features that enhance aesthetics and functionality. Ensure a well-groomed and welcoming environment.
