Requirements |
Education and Experience Requirements Must have completed high school education or equivalent. Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred. Experience in wedding planning is an asset. Experience in a hotel or resort is an asset. Experience with software such as Canva, Maestro and asset. Will consider a combination of relevant industry experience and education in a related field. |
Duties |
The Sales and Catering Coordinator is a seasonal position located at St. Eugene Golf Resort and Casino. The ideal candidate is an energetic and dynamic team player who supports the Sales and Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales and Catering Coordinator provides daily administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, and Events offices. You will interact with clients and staff, handling catering sales and administrative responsibilities, including creating contracts, providing estimates, and reporting, among other tasks. |
