In addition to an Office Administration Certificate and/or a minimum of three year's relevant work experience in a multi-tasking administrative environment, applicants are required to have proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Experience with automated information systems is preferred. |
Duties |
Duties may include responding to inquiries and requests for assistance from students, staff and the general public; composing and word processing correspondence and other documents; creating spreadsheets; preparing a variety of forms and/or invoices for approval and processing; maintaining office filing systems; collecting, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; registering students; handling cash, as well as physical set up of classrooms, moving desks and chairs, and other duties as assigned. |
