Requirements Previous experience in an office management role, preferably in a social service or nonprofit setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive and collegial work environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, office management software and with technology, including managing and updating websites. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Duties VCS is a dynamic and compassionate social service agency dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of individuals in our community with 25 programs and services. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Office Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our agency, will be well-organized, proactive, and contribute to a positive and collegial work environment. Will also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, supporting staff and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed on time.
