Stolen Church Coffee is looking to expand the team! Job Title: Coffee Packaging & Delivery Associate Location: Windermere, British Columbia Job Type: Part-time (2 days a week) Salary: $23/hour Job Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated Coffee Packaging & Delivery Associate to join our team. This role involves packaging freshly roasted coffee and ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service while maintaining product quality and accuracy. Very flexible schedule! Can be any day, morning or night, we will work around you! But must be consistent days/hours per week. Responsibilities: Accurately package coffee products according to our high standards. Label and organize coffee orders for delivery and distribution. Load and deliver coffee to customers, cafés, and retailers in a timely manner. Maintain packaging and delivery logs and ensure accurate record-keeping. Follow proper handling and storage procedures to maintain coffee freshness and quality. Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and storage areas. Cleaning and maintaining equipment including coffee roaster. Perform routine checks on delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in packaging, delivery, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of coffee and other materials (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
