Duties |
Shift: Night shifts Schedule: 4 days on 4 days off Shift hours: 10 PM -6 AM • Oversee front desk operations during night shifts • Greet and assist guests • Process check-ins and check-outs • Handle cash and credit transactions • Provide excellent customer service • Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area • Perform night audit duties |
