Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a rafting leadership role preferred but not vital. Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment. Certifications: Valid Swiftwater Rescue Technician - Level 3 training. Relevant 80-Hour First Aid Certification (Wilderness First Aid or Workplace First Aid). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Passion for outdoor adventure and a commitment to safety. |
| Duties |
Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily rafting operations, ensuring smooth and safe experiences for clients. Train, mentor, and manage the rafting team to maintain high safety and service standards. Conduct safety checks and implement all safety protocols as per industry standards. Foster an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming and adventurous environment. Collaborate with management to plan schedules, trips, and team development activities. |
