Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Reconstruction/Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on the job site. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Perform manual labor tasks such as removal&disposal of affected materials, lifting, and carrying materials. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks according to project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety regulations and practices on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail and a commitment to following safety guidelines. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed in the construction process.
