As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to guide, motivate, and oversee our team to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional results. 1.2 Position: Team Leader Location: Creston, BC Job Type: Full-time 1.3 Position Summary The Team Leader will report to the Owner and be responsible for providing direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the team meets its objectives effectively and efficiently. They will act as a bridge between team members and upper management, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational objectives. They will monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth within the team. They play a critical role in planning, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive work environment. With strong leadership and organizational skills, the Team Leader drives collaboration, ensures productivity, and contributes to the overall success of the organization. 1.4 Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: • Supervise and lead the team to ensure consistent performance. • Communicate and establish clear goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback. • Inspire and motivate team members to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity. • Recruit and identify candidates to fill key positions within the company to advance growth objectives. Business Development: • Identify and develop proposals to obtain work. • Network and participate in opportunities to promote the company. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Track and analyze and report on team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Implement strategies to address challenges and optimize productivity. Communication: • Act as the primary liaison between the team and upper management. • Provide senior review of key deliverables for clients. • Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, recognize achievements, and address concerns. Problem-Solving: • Identify and resolve conflicts or challenges within the team. • Develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines. Training & Development: • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members. • Identify individual and team training needs and arrange professional development opportunities. Project Management: • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines. • Ensure all team tasks align with organizational objectives and comply with company policies. |
