Duties |
Duties include overseeing daily operations with the Operations Manager, developing office policies, auditing itineraries for compliance, ensuring vehicle insurance, and managing transfers. Responsibilities also involve POS audits, employee communication, greeting clients, managing calls, emails, and financial records. Support sales, marketing, social media, and website updates. Maintain vehicle documentation, office inventory, and cleanliness while fostering excellent customer relationships. |
