It is an immediate full-time posting for a Parts & Service Advisor. This is a salary position starting between $4000-4500/month. Wage is negotiable and will be discussed at interview. Requirements: Looking for a qualified candidate that has parts & service experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Great customer service skills and ability to work well in a team setting are a must. You will need to be able to take direction as well as complete tasks on your own. A thorough understanding of automotive parts and service business operations is necessary. Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in the looking up, ordering, maintaining, stocking, and returning of parts. - Work with guests to select required parts in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer phone calls and provide parts/service estimates in a timely manner. - Follow up on back-order parts. - Other tasks as assigned related to parts operations. - Book accurate time for service appointments with correct technicians based on skill & requirements. - Maintain high level customer service Kokanee Ford guests expect and deserve. - Maintain course load requirements as Ford of Canada directs based on your job role. - Follow up on Parts/Service estimates. - Help to maintain flow of work through shop. - Effectively communicate required maintenance/repairs to customers, including accurate pricing. - Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, closed weekends. |
