Duties |
The Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of resource management and strategic planning tasks to ensure the organization is running efficiently. Will act as the face of the company by working as guest service person and be the main client point of contact. Handle bridging the gap between various departments and management groups within our company. Responsibilities will include administrative support; data/record updates; customer service & support; staff support; process improvement; collaboration with management team; creating operational guides; policy and procedure improvement. |
