Requirements |
- 15+ years’ experience in a project management role with leadership experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. - Experience in multiple fields including natural resources, social sector and working with Indigenous Nations and communities. - Superior project planning and organizational skills. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics. - Strong written and oral communications skills. - Excellent computer skills and competent with -Microsoft 365 Suite - PMP designation required. |
Duties |
- Leads teams through a project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking project plan. - Provides strategic oversight over multiple complex projects. - Leads resources and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Provides advisory services to clients concerning project approach and integration with different activities. - Leads the development of, models and implements project management best practices, tools, and techniques. - Seeks out and develops business, relationships and partnership opportunities. |
