Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

-Post secondary accreditation in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel) would be considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise diplomacy and discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Duties The Bookkeeper will manage and record the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, and payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience with accounting software to ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with and report to our Administrative Director to ensure all bookkeeping tasks are performed accurately.
- Assist external Accountant to complete corporate year end statement and tax filing.
