Our dearest full-time team member is moving away, so our team of friendly professionals is now hiring for March 2025. Training and part-time hours available beginning December 15th. This position can be high paced, but it will leave you set financially for the shoulder season, with high wage, training, and a positive environment. Occasional shifts are available.
Take your skills to a new level by working for a professional cleaning and property management company which specializes in services for vacation homes, vacation rentals, residential properties, and commercial businesses. The majority of our clients properties are available for flexible weekday servicing, but with our increase in vacation rental properties, we are looking for those open to the occasional Saturday or Sunday between 11am-4pm.
We provide high quality cleans with attention to detail, and offer extra services such as lawn maintenance, general maintenance, laundry, organization and house checks. If you hold any of these additional skills, your chances of hiring is will increase, and so will your wage.
This position is for a strong, skilled, team member, and offers the opportunity for shares in the company and partnership after 1 year of commitment if they prove to be a good fit. There is plenty of room for advancement in other departments depending on your skill level as well, we are looking to build a reliable team, not give you a number. All administration, scheduling, and client communication is done at the head office by the owner, Marie.
This position requires experience in the field of professional cleaning. Reliability, punctuality, good communication, fluent in English speaking, reading and writing, attention to detail, problem solving, scheduling (managing your own schedule), organization, and carries a positive attitude in the work place IS A MUST. You may from time to time need to communicate with clients very briefly in person, so a clean and appropriate presentation is required.
A diploma is not mandatory. As long as you have the experience and knowledge required for the position. MUST sign a non-compete which states all information regarding the company, including client list are to stay within the company.
Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone.
Must provide your own cleaning supplies (we provide a low-cost list of preferred cleaners)
Must be insured with liability (very low monthly cost)
Contractors are subject to higher wage in order to cover these expenses. You are responsible for your own taxes. $25-$30/hr to start depending on experience) Wage increase is available after the 3 month probationary period is complete.
This line of work requires energy. It is physically demanding and at times can be exhausting. But, the joy of this position is the flexibility, stress-free, and peaceful environment it provides. Of course there are time frames to meet, but they are not out of reach and you have the choice to work in a team setting, or solo. So, pack a lunch and put in your headphones with your favorite playlist.
