| Duties |
Repairing building & hotel rooms when damages occur Setup and takedown of banquet tables and chairs as well as patio seating Regular tidying of work/construction areas, emptying garbage, cardboard, putting away & organizing tools Regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment within the facility, ensuring in good working order Researching, ordering & purchasing products necessary for repair Reporting all defects and equipment failure to the maintenance manager |
