Duties |
-Function as the communication hub of the firm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while establishing a professional relationship with clients. -Answer phone calls, book appointments, receive client information and respond to client requests -Perform a variety of administrative tasks in an efficient and organized manner and support management in additional duties -Protect confidential client information Schedule: 4 day work week May-December (Monday to Thursday); 5 day work week January -April Work must be performed at the location with no option to work remotely |
