Key Requirements: - A love of craft beer - Experience in the serving/craft beer industry (an asset) -Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently - The ability to work weekend and evening shifts - Must be 19+ years of age - Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills - BC 'Serve it Right" accreditation - Food Safe accreditation (an asset) - Organized and detail oriented - Be able to easily lift a 20L Keg (50lbs) & maneuver a 50L keg (130lbs) |
| Duties |
The job description of a Taproom Server includes, but is not limited to the following: - Provide exceptional, friendly customer service with a strong understanding of our products - Assist with planning and executing Taproom and Community events (attending when possible) - Handling cash, use of POS system - Preparing snack foods - Pouring, packaging and serving of drinks - Monitor and restock inventory of merchandise, beer to go cooler, and all taproom supplies |
