| Duties |
Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs • Prepare accurate service orders and estimates based on technician input • Facilitate clear communication between customers and the service department • Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Work Schedule: • Afternoon shifts and full-day Fridays required |
