Cranbrook Express (1980) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Cranbrook, BC. As a Transport Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of freight, overseeing the performance of delivery drivers, and maintaining the operational excellence of our transportation fleet. Ensure all freight is delivered on time Supervise deliver drivers and assign pick-ups Manage the manifest of arrived trailers, including loading and unloading Report damaged freight to the office Ensure proper functioning of all trucks Dispatch delivery drivers and plan routes for special appointment deliveries Track inspection times of trucks, oil changes, and fuel consumptions Provide drivers with necessary supplies such as gloves and handy tools Track upcoming trailers Resolve workplace problems and train new staff Recommend hiring of new staff and suggest improved performance measures Join our team and be a key player in the success of Cranbrook Express 1980) Ltd.
