Requirements We're seeking a reliable, hardworking responsible Head Chef to work in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager in the smooth kitchen operations of the food service catering for groups of 20-100 international skiers and snowboarders who are here to take part in NONSTOP Ski & Snowboard multi-week camps and courses.

Experience Required:
• Chef training education
• Previous experience as a head chef
• Several years of experience in commercial food preparation
• Catering to groups and long stay guests.
• Must have a valid work permit


Duties Responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the kitchen for the group service.
Create (or update the existing) seasonal meal plan based on a 32-dinner rotation, using our existing meal format.
Prepare and cook complete meals, within the agreed budget and to a high standard.
Supervise and assist in training cooks and kitchen staff preparation, cooking, presentation of food and other procedures.
restaurant equipment, stock takes, ordering, receiving and storage of food, maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness
Assist with emergency or staffing situations as needed.
