| Requirements |
Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Occupational Therapy or related field and two years recent experience or a combination of related education and experience. Graduation from a recognized geriatric recreation coordinator program an asset. Must also have the following; Valid, unrestricted, class 4 BC Driver’s license Food Safe certificate Valid CPR certificate Valid First Aid certificate Experience working with Microsoft Excel Position will remain open until filled. This is a unique opportunity to lead a program that makes a difference in the lives of seniors. The TAPS activity program provides social, emotional, physical and recreational support for older adults at risk of isolation. This sole charge position is responsible for all aspects of TAPS program delivery. This position is responsible for data collection, reporting, management of staff and facility.
