Requirements |
Must have ability to be trained to use property management system on computer, credit card authorization terminal, phone system, call accounting system. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and associates. Ability to balance ledgers, cashouts, receipts, etc. and be accountable for all paperwork, checklists and transactions. Training will be provided on all shifts as needed, Supervisory experience an asset. |
Duties |
Proficiently check guests in and out of hotel with professional quality service, courtesy, speed and accuracy. Provide assistance as needed to guests and staff. Accountable for all transactions and ensure thoroughly and accurately completed. Perform all duties as per job description. |
