Requirements Minimum requirements
A minimum of 6 months experience in cooking OR
Industry related culinary/hospitality post-secondary education

Abilities required
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Willingness to be flexible with roles to include general line cook duties
Ability to work under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment


Duties • Accountable to follow recipes and portion controls properly
• Responsible for setting up stations and restocking items; must organize, sanitize, and clean the kitchen, storage areas and coolers
• Expected to handle, store and rotate all products properly
• Must be able to work calmly in a very high-paced environment
• Comfortable in catering to banquets and work well assisting others in the kitchen
• Independently close the kitchen by completing all specified shut down and side duties
• Perform related duties such as washing dishes, recycling, or any other duties as assigned
