You bring two-plus years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll and/or administration (bonus if you have experience with Quickbooks Online)
You love numbers and have experience in spreadsheet programs; experience with a CRM would be an asset
You work well on a team, as well as on your own

Duties •Bookkeeping: Entering transactions into Quickbooks Online; Entering donations into customer management software; Preparing accounts payable; Completing bank deposits; Completing monthly reconciliations; Collecting back-up information for annual audit
•Payroll: Complete bi-weekly payroll for non-salary employees; Complete payroll tasks associated with employee onboarding and offboarding; Prepare monthly payroll remittances
•Grant management: File grant documents; Keep grant tracking information updated
•Other administrative and financial tasks
