Traffic Control Person certification required. The Contractor would also like to note that it would be beneficial for prospective candidates to have construction related tickets as well. Travel premiums to be paid for out of town employees so the employer would favor a local worker if possible but if they cannot find one they might be open to someone from the East Kootenays. |

$25.88/hr – Straight Time (Base Rate wage raise being negotiated and hopefully implemented for May 1, 2024) Overtime Paid at 1.5X and 2X as per collective agreement 12% Holiday/Vacation Pay CMAW Union Pension and Benefits |
