| Requirements |
-Welcome and signs-in guests -Guide groups of up to 20 people through the Brewery on the designated safety tour route -Monitor and track tour attendees -Conform to the Brewery Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, as well as HACCP standards, and stressing the importance of safety to the customers -Monitor tour route for housekeeping & safety Communicate with employees & department heads when there is a concern in their area -Conform to WCB standards -Ensure fridge has been stocked and rotated -Public speaking including emphasizing our environmental and quality practices Retail (POS) sales |
| Duties |
-Must be at least 19 years of age so you can legally handle our products -Smart Serve Certification is considered an asset -Help maintain ongoing communication -Quality standard in housekeeping items -Offer information/ideas for Brewery Tour script -Assist with bank deposits and deposit spreadsheet, as needed -Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills Good communication skills are essential as well as a positive team-focused attitude -Must be able to perform with minimal supervision |
