Duties Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
