Ability to prepare, present, store and dispatch all food products according to food safe and franchise requirements. Perform all duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner as per job description. Must have ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic kitchen. Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations/standards, sanitary and food handling guidelines at all times. Experience in a family dining setting an asset. |
Duties |
Perform all functions of a Line Cook in the highest level for safety, presentation and food quality. Take pride in what you are producing according to franchise menu and preparation procedures. Under the direction of the BOH Supervisor and Manager, perform duties as per job description and franchise procedures and standards. |
