| Requirements | Pine Profiles Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team in Creston. This is a hands-on entry level position working with wood products in a production environment. No previous manufacturing experience is required - we are willing to train the right person who is dependable, safety-minded and interested in learning new skills. The successful candidate will be: • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work • Willing to learn new skills • Safety-conscious • Able to work effectively as part of a team • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Previous experience in woodworking, manufacturing, mechanical work, mobile equipment or industrial environments is an asset, but not required. Also, a valid standard or intermediate level first aid ticket would be considered an asset. |
| Duties | About the position: As a member of our production team, you will help keep our manufacturing processes running safely and efficiently. Duties include: • Handling, moving and piling lumber • Keeping up with the pace of production • Performing basic quality-control checks • Learning production processes and equipment • Following established safety procedures • Maintaining a clean and organized work area • Working as part of a team What we offer: • $19.00/hour starting wage with an opportunity for advancement within the company • Four 10-hour shifts per week • Monday – Thursday schedule • Three-day weekend every week • Permanent full-time employment • Benefits after probationary period • On-the-job training • Opportunity to develop woodworking, manufacturing and equipment skills Why should you consider this opportunity?
