TAPS Cook/Kitchen Manager

Requirements Provide home-style delicious, nutritious meals using local produce and donations, 4 days/week in a family setting for up to 40 seniors. Manage all aspects of a commercial kitchen and manage volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Food Safe certificate.
• Red Seal preferred.
• Experience working with volunteers and seniors.
• Experience cooking in commercial kitchen.
• Experience with special dietary concerns of seniors.
• Knowledge of nutritional needs of seniors.
Must provide Criminal Record Check and be fully vaccinated.
