Requirements EDUCATION
• Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or Equivalent
• Class 5 Driver’s License
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience with Sage Accounting System
• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior administration role
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong written communication and verbal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize task, awareness of time sensitive items
• High proficiency in MS Office

• Manage all front office functions
• Perform general administrative office tasks
• Update and maintain CRM
• Support CEO in an executive assistant role
• Remain current with modifications and directives relating to all administration/operational matters
• Collaborate with CEO on Human Resource matters
• Maintain Occupational Health and Safety program
• Coordinate and administer activities related to the Board of Directors
• Operate a full cycle, small business accounting system, including AR/AP, Invoicing, Payroll, & Gov't remittances
