Requirements We are looking for an individual with a minimum of a two-year business administration program and one to three years of experience in accounting, investment administration, paralegal services, contract administration, building administration and/or records management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. The ideal candidate must be bondable and able to build and maintain productive working relationships throughout the organization and externally. Strong record keeping and computer skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, are required.
To provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, the Trust has a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy that requires all employees to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Employees who are unable to be vaccinated due to a personal characteristic protected under the BC Human Rights Code may request an exemption to the Vaccination Policy.

Duties Reporting to the Director, Investments & Economic Development, the successful candidate will:
• Provide investment management, paralegal and administrative support.
• Maintain and update records, reports, schedules and contracts relating to the Trust’s loans business investments, partnerships, joint ventures and investment related activity.
• Provide financial management support including loan payments and processes and work closely with the Trust accounting department to maintain investment account records, payments, receipts and financial records.
• Build relationships with the Trust’s investment partners, local financial institutions, lawyers and advisors and respond to inquiries.
