The Trust is looking for an individual with a diploma in a relevant field and two years of experience providing administrative support or in a related position. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. This individual must have working knowledge and understanding of grant applications, contracting and tendering, logistics coordination and payment processes. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential to this position. To provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, the Trust has a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy that requires all employees to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Employees who are unable to be vaccinated due to a personal characteristic protected under the BC Human Rights Code may request an exemption to the Vaccination Policy. |
Duties |
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery of Benefits, the successful candidate will: • Provide operational and administrative support throughout the life cycle of Trust initiatives, programs and projects. • Conduct related research and analysis activities, compiling and analyzing information for the Trust’s initiatives and programs. • Provide logistical support by coordinating and arranging special events and internal and external meetings and providing general clerical duties. |
