Duties |
Main Duties: • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts • Daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books • Calculate and prepare checks for suppliers, payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills • Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports Requirements: • Completion of secondary school • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting preferred • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook |
