REQUIREMENTS / IDEAL EXPERIENCE: • High school diploma with some post secondary school • Valid Class 5 Driver's License • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Familiar with use of RTK GPS systems, robotic total stations and digital levels. • Experience with CAD drafting and GIS, and TDS software. • Survey, Construction and Civil plan reading. • Topographic surveying. • Construction layout (Slope and Grade Staking). • Mining. • Cadastral Surveying. |
| Duties |
DUTIES: • Work as Survey Party Chief to capture and layout survey data using a variety of Survey Instruments and Equipment. • Manage field crews of up to 3. • Work as part of a small business team. • Use of RTK GPS systems, robotic total stations and digital levels. • Field calculations using TDS software. • Office calculations and advanced office duties • CAD drafting and GIS, using various programs. • Driving of 4x4 work vehicles on public roads, highways and off-road. |
