Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. Flexible schedule - may need to be available evenings and weekends. |
| Duties |
What you'll be doing. Maintain vacations homes and buildings. Operate and maintain all equipment, including preventative maintenance. Enter all completed maintenance activities for the day in reservation system Adhere to health & safety standards. Ensure safety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees. |
