Seeking independent, reliable & energetic Tradesperson/Labourer for OUTDOOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE to work independently while performing light duty construction and renovations at Owner's rural log residence in the Fernie area. QUALIFICATIONS: • Successful applicant should have some experience with hard landscaping, construction, and/or woodworking • Skill level and years of experience flexible • Having own transportation would be helpful, but not necessary. |
| Duties |
• Scope of work includes sanding, staining, and weatherproofing • Hard landscaping (i.e., heavier elements in landscape design such as patio stones, rocks, gates, and driveways) • Assistance in large garden construction and maintenance • Weekdays and/or weekend work hours ranging around 20-35 hours/week • Hours negotiable • Starting at $20/hr - can be negotiated • Commencing end of May/beginning of June, continuing until October 31 |
